The new Invoicing module allows you to create invoices in Word format with just a few clicks. What once took many days can now be done in a few hours. You can even schedule monthly invoice generation for each customer.

Project Invoicing Management
With Genius Project's invoicing, you can define rules and upstream project deadlines, such as preparing and sending invoices during the active project period or at its end.
You can manage invoicing of time spent on projects, as well as invoicing of products and merchandise. This provides a better overview of margins and project results and a better estimate of cash flow.
Invoices
Genius Project is a project management software that allows you to create MS-Word format invoices. The template is customizable and the content can be changed after the invoice is generated (from template). This makes managing and editing invoices a highly flexible process. There is also an invoicing history for backup purposes.
Genius Inside invoicing lets you export the details of an invoice (benefits and product or invoiced merchandise) to an MS-Excel worksheet after the invoice is generated.
Invoicing Plan
The Invoicing Plan allows you to define the invoicing rules and steps for a project. All imaginable variables can be defined, as needed, for each project. The invoicing milestones let users define a plan for when billing will occur and what will be billed.
These billing milestones can be managed and planned in Genius Planner Gantt chart, the same as any other milestone.
Client Data and Mark-up Definition
The company description function in the Resources tab has been expanded to include the client’s standard information, such as billing address and more.
To simplify billing rate management, it is now possible to define Mark-up, which defines the margin for each kind of job activity for goods.
