Genius Project is a project management software that helps organizations implement processes based on standard Project Portfolio Management methodologies, such as Prince2, PMI, Six Sigma, APQP regardless of their industry. Policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, and project data can be kept in a centralized repository for use by distributed teams. Processes like reviews, approvals, etc. can be tailored using automated workflows and custom Genius Project databases.

System administrators can use project templates to define company-wide standards for common project scenarios. Project templates need only be configured once and can contain features such as custom fields, workflow types, document types, role and permission sets, etc. that can be stored in an organization wide repository. This ensures that all projects of one type will have the same structure, making it easier for everyone to follow.
