Genius Inside's project management consultants follow a set of implementation steps that ensure your success with Genius Project
Phase One: Start-up and blueprint phase
- Identify objectives and constraints
- Blueprint
- Select the pilot team
- Plan the project
This allows us to get a complete view of your requirements and define the necessary scope and timeline for the implementation project
Phase Two: Run Genius Project pilot
The selected pilot team begins using the (test) Genius Project for a limited time. During that time:
- A workshop will be organized for the pilot team
- The pilot team will learn how to use Genius Project with the assistance of our consultants
- Additional needs will be identified
This phase allows us to get a first version of the system running according to requirements.
Phase Three: Deployment preparation
The preparation for final deployment ensures smooth knowledge transfer and solution adoption and includes:
- Training your future trainers
- Writing of guidelines, on request
- Knowledge transfer to support team
This phase makes certain that all participants are informed and ready to start
Phase Four: Full product deployment
Genius Project is implemented and functioning while a consultant remains close at hand.
- IT department will perform necessary changes to give access to the software for all users
- Training by Genius’s consultants or by your trainers
- User support executed by your support team and assisted by Genius, if needed
This phase lets you benefit from the fully deployed system
Phase Five: Using Genius Project
Your Genius Project is fully functional and ready to guide you through your projects with ease. Our Genius is always there to help, our support team stays at the disposal of all users, should the need arise.
