Goal

What the projects must accomplish, see also Objectives

Implementation

To deploy the software to all users.

Indicators

Indicators show the health of a project. In Genius Project there are 6 indicators: Budget, Problem, Risk, Issues, Delayed task, Delayed deliverable, Workload delta.

Issue

An Issue is a problem inside the project that can have an impact on and delay the project. In Genius Project all team members can raise an issue.

Matrix planning

A type of plan that allows planning according to a business structure in which people are assigned to both a functional group (departments, disciplines, etc.), and to projects or processes which cut across the organization and require resources from multiple functional groups.
