Change request

The document where team members ask for changes to a project

Conflicts

Incidence when a resource is booked twice at the same time

Constraints

The relationship between two activities, see also link and dependency, and the fact that one task must be finished before the other can start.

Critical Path

The tasks that define the minimum time required to terminate the project. If one task is delayed then the whole project is delayed.

Deliverable

What must be delivered. Only one person can be assigned to a deliverable. In Genius Project, a deliverable is usually identified by a diamond shaped icon. See also milestone

Dependency

The relationship between two activities, see also link and constraints, and the fact that one task must be finished before the other can start.

Deployment

The act of implementing the software and making it available to all who will use it.
