This glossary explains the most common term in project management.
Processes
The set of procedures and rules required to accomplish something (product development). Processes are different depending on the company.
Product life cycle
The whole cycle to complete a product. Many projects can be integrated into a product life cycle.
Project Leader / Manager
The person(s) that is(are) in charge of the project and to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Project Management
The action to run of project includes: project selection, planning, staffing, tracking, communicating, and delivering.
