This glossary explains the most common term in project management.
Activity
An activity is a task or a milestone within a project. A whole project is divided into different activities.
Baseline
An imaginary line or standard by which things are measured or compared. Genius Project can have many baselines against which an actual plan can be measured.
Business Processes
A business process is a process that can be applied to various industries but remains the same, for example product development, IT requests.
