Did you know that you can create a public holiday calendar for each site and associate resources to them?

• From the tab “Resource, select the view “Calendar – Public Holidays:
• Use the action button called “Create New Public Holiday”
• Fill in the respective fields such as associating a public holiday to one or multiple locations
• New entries are added in the view and categorized by year.

Note: Associating resources to a location (from the resource document in the view “Resource list”) will automatically impact their availabilities (displayed in the “Resource” tab and Genius Planner).
