Project and Portfolio (PPM) Innovators Add Enhanced Invoicing Features to Award-Winning Software

The increase in business is encouraging news with signs pointing towards healthy gains moving into the second half of the year.

Intelligent Invoicing
As part of their plan to stay at the forefront of their competitors, Genius Inside evolves constantly in response to their customers needs. In anticipation of these changes, their new invoicing module was launched.

The Fédération des Caisse Desjardins, a financial cooperative in Canada, has successfully integrated the invoicing module into some of their functions. The tool is used to manage solutions for select clients and invoice consulting time, licences and maintenance.

"The Genius invoicing module is a great tool to reduce the time and effort for invoicing,” says Desjardins. “Once the data is entered into the system, invoicing is done in one click and can be directly sent in PDF or word format.”

This simplified invoicing structure allows greater flexibility than its counterparts. The ability to manage from start-to-finish allows users to create invoices in a more familiar MS-Word format and customize, edit and archive in Genius Project. Document flow into MS Office is just as simple once an invoice is generated, with details exported into an MS-Excel worksheet.

The ability to execute invoice planning directly from the Gantt chart is found only with Genius Project. These plans optimize margin overview, project results and provide a better estimate of cash flow. Invoices can be created with every imaginable variable or option specific to every project.
