Genius Project provides Stan James PLC with the ability to manage our resources at a macro or micro level, from high level development project estimation using the planning tool, to low level Issue and Change Request estimation versus actual effort. The reporting tools should enable the PM team to provide effective and accurate cost/time reporting to our Senior Executive Committee, enabling board level decisions to be made on project approvals and priorities based upon factual data.“
