Stan James PLC chose Genius Project as its project management tool after narrowing our search to four competing SaaS tools. Our requirements were extensive, and after evaluating the Genius Project SaaS offering, we felt it contained all the features that we required.
Genius Project provides Stan James PLC with the ability to manage our resources at a macro or micro level, from high level development project estimation using the planning tool, to low level Issue and Change Request estimation versus actual effort. The reporting tools should enable the PM team to provide effective and accurate cost/time reporting to our Senior Executive Committee, enabling board level decisions to be made on project approvals and priorities based upon factual data.“
