Tips and Best PM Practices

Did you know that you can input your KPI values directly from views? Stop wasting your time by opening up document individually.
Tap into the power of editable KPI views by following the instructions below:
- Select the tab KPI
- Using the first drop-down list, select either one of the views “tracking” or “project target”.
- In the view “tracking”, columns “initial”, “planned” and “actual” have editable values. Note that the column “target” is also editable, however, only at the sub-total level.
- Slowly double click on the desired cell to input/change values.
- In the view “Project target”, the columns “target” is editable. Follow the previous step.
